- The road should be comprised of stone aggregate ranging between ¾” stone and smaller. Grade road to desired width and slope.
- Compact aggregate road with steel drum roller (the more compaction the road has, the more effective Soil BondTM becomes).
- Allow Soil BondTM time to cure before use of the road (24 to 72 hrs.)
- When required repair Soil BondTM bond by applying water and Soil BondTM to treat surface.
Application Procedure
Site Preparation
- Dry Soil: The plot should be completely dry and free from water.
- Compaction: Compact the plot to a minimum of 95% (optional for non traffic areas).
- Drainage: Contour and crown the plot for proper drainage.
- Weather: The plot should be moisture free for a minimum of 72 hrs. after application.
- The ambient temperature is 15 to 250C.
Cleaning of the application equipment
- Rinse the equipment thoroughly with running water until clean.
Finish – Allow site to Dry / Cure
- Curing – Allow the plot to dry and cure for a minimum of 24 to 72 hours.
- Non Traffic Areas – Prevent any human activity over the plot.
- Traffic Area – Prevent any human activity until fully cured.
